Maine Coon Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Cats, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Very Submissive
Health: Neutered

Emmitt is a very handsome and very sweet boy. I have never heard him hiss and I have never seen him scratch. He is very loving and loves to cuddles and scratches. He is an indoor/outdoor cats and has two best friends that live next door (two older male cats). Gets along great with kids and adults. I believe he is a good part Maine Coon, as he has the bobcat like ears and soft long fur. as you can see in the picture, he is 'tuxedo' black and white. A member of the family has developed cat induced asthma and we can no longer make it work. This cat really is special.

Maine Coon Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Cats, Good w/ Most Dogs, Good w/ Adults (Not Kids)
Personality: Low Energy, Very Submissive
Health: Neutered, Fearful/Anxious

Little Man was given to me after his family moved across the country and decided not to take him with. I've had him a little while, and he's still timid, but happy to see me when I have food and might settle in better when he's in a more permanent place. He's 5 years old and in great health, he's one of the most beautiful kitties I've ever seen, a HUGE (18lb), neutered, black, super long-haired Maine coon mix who's relatively friendly and likes an indoor-outdoor lifestyle. I hate the thought of turning him in to a shelter but since I took him in my allergies and asthma have kicked into high gear, so I need to find him a forever home ASAP.

Maine Coon Mix    Age: Adult

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Cats, Good w/ Most Dogs, Good w/ Kids and Adults

Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current, FIV

Chet is a very distinguished gentleman cat with nice manners! He likes everyone, including children and seems to be ok with dogs, although he's not shy about standing up for himself when our dog wants to play too rough. He has also tried to make friends with our cats (though they have not been welcoming) so I think he'd be fine with many cats. He's also a big talker and is great company.

Maine Coon Mix    Age: Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Cats
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Percival is a 5 year old long-haired beautiful tabby. Adopted as a young adult then returned a year or so ago due to foreclosure of the home he was living in. He was shy as a kitten but is now very very shy - we suspect that a year in a home without water of electricity trying to avoid foreclosure then several days of hiding in a bedroom alone after foreclosure traumatized him to some degree. He loves attention and loves to be pet, but is easily spooked by quick movements and loud noises and hides. He is good with other cats and even with the resident dogs. But, he's still hesitant about trusting people. Needs a quiet and very patient ... Maine Coon Mix    Age: Kitten

Health: Vaccinations Current, Leukemia (FeLV)

Leo is waiting for a foster or a forever home! Weighing in at 10.8 pounds, this incredibly handsome and affectionate young boy already has had a rough start to life. He has already had 2 previous fosters who could not keep him because they were ill or already had too many other pets. After I offered to foster him, I found out that he tested positive for feline leukemia. He has already been to my vet multiple times and had full blood work on 2/19/15. The results showed that he is extremely healthy, except for being FeLV+. We don't know if he got leukemia from his 2nd foster's cats or from being outside, but you wouldn't guess that he has any ... Maine Coon Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Cats, Good with Adults (Not Kids)
Personality: Average Energy, Very Submissive
Health: Vaccinations Current

Puffy was rescued last year from a hoarding situation where she was caged most of the time. We have been working steadily with her to gain her trust and help her be less scared of the world. We are very proud of her as she attended her first Adoption Event last week and handled it like a pro. A home with other cats would be best for Puffy as she has always been around other cats and takes comfort from their presence. As she is a scaredy cat we do not recommend a home with either children or dogs.

Maine Coon Mix    Age: Senior

Compatibility: Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Kaleo is an affectionate and oh so handsome, grey Maine Coon mix with green eyes that will blow you away with one look! He may be 17 years old, but is still energetic, taking his Maine Coon duties as the varmint eradicator of the house quite seriously. When his current caregivers take him outside on his harness, he fashions himself quite the ferocious jungle cat, stalking and trying to catch any poor defenseless mouse, lizard, bug, you name it, that catches his eye. Kaleo is quite the busy-body as well; he follows his caregivers everywhere and supervises every project to make sure things are done just right. When not on hunter or ... (Read More)supervisor duty, Kaleo loves nothing more than to have his head and neck scratched and to be adored and loved. Kaleo is having issues with his kidneys, requiring subcutaneous fluid injections 3 times a week, and takes an appetite stimulant pill by mouth once a day to make sure he eats well. Otherwise, Kaleo is healthy and strong. Because of Kaleo's special needs, his new family will need to be experienced caregivers and committed to maintaining his fluids and medication regime. Kaleo is neutered, up-to-date on his vaccinations, and has tested negative for FeLV/FIV. He always uses his litter box like the proud senior gentleman he is. Kaleo is located in Mission Viejo, CA.
