Please share this extremely urgent situation... Ricky and Daisy are heartbroken because their owner passed away:( They are brother and sister but do not need to be adopted together. They are both between 4-5 years old. These two are close to being homeless and in a shelter. PLEASE SHARE so they go straight into a loving home, they have gone through enough with losing their owner. Please call 203-892-5139 if interested or have any questions about these two sweethearts.

|Rescue Me ID: 13-10-29-00090Abby (female)|
Abby is a large long hair with Maine Coon in her. she has bladder stones that require special diet and possible future Vet visits. We rescued her from a elder couple who could not bring her to a new facility and now we must put her up because we cannot afford the special diet and vet bills. she is not a lap cat although she does follow the person who she bonds with.

|Rescue Me ID: 13-10-09-00360Drake (male)|
I have had Drake since he was a kitten. He was abandoned along with a few siblings in a park and taken in by a local rescue. He has been around dogs and cats his whole life. He is fairly mellow, affectionate and low key. He is a larger breed of cat with super soft long brownish black hair. I have done quite a bit of rescue and fostering with other animals and Drake can be somewhat dominant at times. He may prefer to be in a quiter home setting. Kids may be ok but he is intially aloof when meeting new people so you would have to be patience. He has a sweet purr and will jump up onto his hind legs to 'help' you reach down and pet him. Again he has been around both small and larger dogs (pit and rat terrier) and hold his own. He is truly a handsome young fella that may just need a quieter home than I can provide ( i have several pets). Won't you consider adopting him? He can be indoor/ outdoor if you choose as he loves to explore and play 'mouse'. He will earn his housing if necessary!! (Less)
