I've had this fella since he was little, and he holds a great deal of my heart. Unfortunately, he is also a bit too rough of a playmate for the old Chihuahuas in the house. He doesn't see it that way, but they do, and with older animals who are 6-11 years old and get along peacefully... I feel it's this fella who should find a new peaceful home. He is actually quiet shy, until he gets use to whom ever it is he knows. He is NOT likely to be a good cat for anyone with a noisy house, or lots of new people passing by all the time. Plays too rough to be around small children. He is a 10lb furball with a mid-hair coat. Some matting that always occurs near the base of his tail. Brushing is something he's okay with only when he's tired. I do have softpaws for him, but he won't have anything to do with letting me put them on him, and I can not afford to take him back and forth to a vet or pet groomer to have them applied. I do not consider declawing to be an option. I will not adopt him out to anyone who intends to declaw him. He is spoiled, not a lap cat, and mostly enjoys sleeping in high places and harder surfaces. Has not been tested for FIV or anything of the like, has yet to be neutered. Does have all of his shots up to date. (Less)

Took in a friendly stray kitten a month ago to foster and am looking to find her a good home. She's a 6-9 month old bushy-tailed kitten who was abandoned at a young age but loves people and loves to play 24/7. She's very active but well-behaved inside, litter-trained. She has had all her shots, is fixed and is in great health. The IDEAL deal home would allow for her to be a single-cat household as she seems to have been traumatized by wild cats in the past. Please let me know if you are looking to expand their family with a new pet! We are in the Buckhead/Brookhaven area and available on weekends for visits.
