Please Share '| Chicago, IL - Adopt Squeaks the Front De-clawed Black & White Mini-Maine Coon Cat Squeaks is a handsome, snugly, gentle and lovable, seven-year-old, male, front de-clawed, golden-eyed black and white mini-Maine Coon cat looking for a loving guardian. Squeaks is wonderful with all the other cats in his foster home but tends to be submissive, so he gets picked on by more dominant cats. I don't think he has ever met a dog. He may be shy for the first few weeks in a new situation, but his foster mom says Squeaks is a lap cat and a snuggle bug who loves to join you in bed once he knows you. Squeaks needs a human who is home ... (Read More)more often than not. He gets lonely if left alone for too many hours. He will hide when company comes over but eventually comes out. He loves to be brushed but doesn't have much use for toys. Sadly, his human mom passed away of bone cancer at the age of 56. She left Squeaks in the hands of a dear feline-loving friend to find a home for him. To meet and possibly adopt this adorable cat, please contact Elaine at e.divita@sbcglobal.net or 312-391-6357. He is healthy, neutered, front de-clawed, de-wormed, up-to-date on vaccines, virus-tested negative, and micro-chipped. His adoption fee of $75 benefits rescued pets. He is being fostered near Chicago's Pilsen neighborhood. (Less)

Zen is a laid-back, sweet and relaxed, eight-year-old, eight-pound, female front-declawed mini-Maine Coon/Tortie-mix cat with gorgeous amber eyes looking for a loving guardian. This sweet girl can curl up for hours in her cat condo or other snugly place, coming out for a cuddle and pet, or roll with her favorite catnip mice. Zen is shy at first and not one to come out to meet strangers, but once you've earned her trust, she loves you. She certainly doesn't mind being picked up and cuddled. And, she'd never think of hissing, biting or growling; she's all things Zen. She loves to be brushed and she's talkative, especially when she's ... (Read More)hungry or wants attention. Other cats stress Zen out, so she's looking for a home as the one and only pet. Zen is spayed, front-declawed, up-to-date on vaccines, virus-tested and micro-chipped.
