Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Mia is a 1 year old female kitten with a wonderful personality. She is most likely a Maine Coon mix of some sort. She is a sweet girl and would be great in a home with other cats, a cat-friendly dog, and/or children. She loves being petted and is happy to just be around people. She has moderate energy and is ready to play when you are! She was rescued when she was about 6-8 weeks old and was very malnourished. She barely survived, but now she is healthy and loving life. She needs a home with people who are willing to keep her litter box very clean, as she will go outside of the box if it is not reasonably clean. She has been returned once ... (Read More)due to this issue, so we are looking for a forever home who will love and care for her regardless. She is a medium sized cat and is fully grown. She does need a lot of brushing/grooming, as she gets mats very easily. Mia is fully vetted (spayed, FIV/FeLV tested, UTD on vaccinations, and microchipped). If you think Mia may be the right fit for your home, please contact us. There will be an application, adoption fee, and contract. Please contact us with any questions or for more information! (Less)

Rescue Me ID: 14-08-17-00146Lancaster (male)

Maine Coon Mix    Age: Young Adult

Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Lancaster looks a little comical or even sad when you first look at him but he is a really sweet cat. He had an eye injury at some point that has changed the shape of one of his eyes but he is still a very handsome boy! He might have been sad while he was waiting to be rescued from the horrible kill shelter but now he knows he is safe and is looking forward to his new home. If you are looking for a lap cat, a cat that loves all the attention you can give, then this is the boy for you! He absolutely loves to be petted, to have his tummy rubbed, and to be brushed. While you are doing that, he will just purr and make soft little chirping ... (Read More)noises. He is a social kitty who has gone along well with all the kitties he currently lives with. We believe he will get along with all kitties since he is very laid back and not aggressive. He doesn't care to be the boss but just waits for other cats to be won over by his quiet demeanor and of course, good looks! Why not give him a chance to be your forever friend?
