Rescue Me ID: 14-09-25-01001Darker Tiger

Maine Coon Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Cats
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Fearful/Anxious

**ADOPTION FEE INCLUDES NEUTER/VACCINES** This darker tiger, is one of 2 like this at the farm.. Mom is probably one of the Maine Coon kitties, dad is either Domestic Shorthair or one of the many Manx on the property.. This kitty is 1-1.5yrs old, per the owner of the farm.. They are skittish, as they do not get a lot of human interaction.. But could be tamed, with some work..they do come at feeding and are not aggressive, just skittish..NOT FERAL... All kitties are clean looking- no eye infections or resp issues noticed. Otherwise, this could also be a great barn kitty. Due to too many at this farm, and the owners have no money to fix ... (Read More)more, as they did have them TNR'd, however, more and more keep getting dumped, and they cannot afford to feed them all, let alone, spay/neuter. So, I have been advised to rehome as many as I can, or some will be 'disposed' of. Upon getting an adopter, I will get the kitty spay/neutered/Rabies and Distemper Shot (Mandatory Ear Tip at this price).- This price is only available till Oct 31st- then the TNR price goes up. Thanks for looking and if this is not what you are looking for let me know, I have many many more to rehome- all on their current farms or homes till adopters available. (Less)

Animal ID: A23377266Hercules (male)

Maine Coon Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Cats, Good w/ Most Dogs, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current, FIV

Hey there! My name's Hercules! I'm a male Maine Coon mix around 3 years old. I have a gorgeous tuxedo, medium haired coat, but as you may see my biggest attribute is my mustache :) I was found as a stray in Philadelphia, but am now in search of my forever home. I am currently in fostercare where I am happily living with other cats and dogs. I love being lazy and lounging around the house. I'm super affectionate and love me some head rubs as well. While at the shelter I was tested for FIV/FeLV. I tested positive for FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) Not to worry though. I am perfectly healthy and can live a normal, happy life ... (Read More)like other cats. FIV is usually spread through bite wounds when stray unaltered cats fight. I live in a house with another FIV positive cat and other FIV negative cats, and we all get along great. I am neutered, current on vaccines, microchipped, and ready to go home today! Think I would make a great member of your family? Respond to this ad to get in touch with my foster family! Look forward to hearing from you, Love, Hercules (Less)

Rescue Me ID: 14-09-17-00379Sassy (female)

Maine Coon Mix    Age: Kitten

Compatibility: Good with Most Cats
Personality: Low Energy, Very Submissive
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Hi my name is Sassy, Momma calls me Sassafrass. I am a very affectionate loving cat who was spayed on my recent first birthday, August 25th. I so totally crave loving, that Momma also calls me Cuddlebug! Momma is only asking $15 for me to help defray the cost of my surgery and shots. I always try to get into Momma's house, I even hang at the window in the bitter cold, but she says no, because of a dog living there. I am good with the dog and other cats. Please adopt me before the cold winter! Thanks for looking!!

Rescue Me ID: 14-09-16-00413

Maine Coon Mix    Age: Young Kitten

Compatibility: Good with Most Cats
Personality: High Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Intact (Needs to be Fixed), Needs Vaccinations, Fearful/Anxious

**THIS ADOPTION FEE INCLUDES SPAY/NEUTER/VACCINES** This little kitten is about 3mo old as of 9/8/14. Born on a farm, where many cats are being dumped regularly, while the farm cats were TNR'd they cannot keep up w/ all the cats that are being dumped.. Many are Manx and Maine Coon Mixes. It is hard to tell who are the parents of this little one.. there were 2 in the litter, however the other little kitten has disappeared. This kitten is fearful- but does come at feeding time, and will eat with you there, but is very skittish. It would not take too long to tame him/her down if brought in as a pet. The owner's son had indicated that they ... (Read More)would be disposing of some of them, since they cannot afford to feed all of the ones that keep showing up.. SO, I am trying desperately to find homes for the ones that are able to go. They will be spay/neutered/shots upon someone wanting to adopt. I cannot afford to TNR them, until they are spoken for, as this is all out of my pocket. (Less)
