Large Maine Coon cat needs a new home! This cat has been in the same home for 6 years and the owners had to move. I have been temporarily watching the cat but the time has come to find a permanent home. She lived with kids before and I assume did well with them. Like any cat, she will need time to adjust to a new home. She has been really good with the litter box and not scratching furniture in my home. She is fairly mellow, but has spurts of energy. All which is normal cat behavior. she comes with everything, letterbox, food, cat post and brush. she is an inside cat.

This stunningly handsome captain is in search of his new 'Number One' family. At 5 years old, he has plenty of experience and knows exactly what he needs for his second-in-command. A home where he can get lots of attention and good food (chicken-free because he is allergic) is a must. Since he is rather large (what Maine Coon mix isn't?), plenty of room to roam and some places where he can perch and oversee his home are also required. If he must share it with other aspiring captains (other cats), he prefers they be more docile and submissive. He doesn't want anyone to attempt a mutiny and try to take over his command. The one who would make ... (Read More)such an attempt would end up in the brig for quite a while. As for the Borg (dogs), a home free of those would be in his best interest. The last time he had a run in with them, they tried to assimilate him and it was not a pleasant experience. Since then, Picard has made sure to put any Borg (dog) who nears him in their place, but it is quite a stressful task. So not having to deal with any of them would be preferred. While this captain does have some very specific requirements, the family who becomes his 'Number One' will be rewarded greatly with enlightening conversation, purrs and an occasional kiss. Are you the family who will make Picard's dreams come true? Meet him and find out. (Less)

Carrie is a three year old Maincoon who came to the Fullmer Menagerie Animal Rescue as an owner surrender. Carrie's old owner was a trucker who wanted his five cats to go to better homes. Carrie is a very sweet girl who likes to be loved on. Carrie is a bit shy when you first meet her, but comes out of her shell quickly. Carrie is good with other cats and doesn't seem to mind dogs, she was pretty nervous the last time she was around kids, but I'm sure she would be fine. Carrie is spayed, fully vaccinated, and litter box trained. Her adoption fee is $20. If you are interested in this mellow girl send an email to ...
